Programs Structure Review

Oxfam in Timor-Leste requested Bridging Peoples support in conducting a review of their programming structure across central and municipal offices. The review took into account their organisational structures and processes, partnership approach, staffing, and stakeholder perceptions of their efficiency and legitimacy.
